OK – here’s an update with pictures on the garden situation. One word: DEER! The garden didn’t really make it this year. We got a few tomatoes from the 13 plants. At this time we are usually stressed, our house reaks of tomatoes, salsa and spaghetti and the pantry fills up! We got nada! We got a handul of beans and that was it. I took a few pics of the sad situation. Interestingly enough the pumpkins we planted on the outskirts of the garden managed to find their homes inside tomatoe cages and we have two beautiful pumpkins – perfect for Halloween!
